Communism is technically banned in the united states by law. It is never enforced though.
When you recognize the reality of modern capitalism, you too will realize that America does in fact censor people like me just the same as the Trump crowd.
Yes, we are essentially controlled completely by corporations and the obscenely wealthy. However I remain skeptical that “pure” capitalism is a viable option given that capitalisms stated end goal is the extraction of value from resources until no more value can be extracted. That system will have disastrous consequences for our country and the world (and has).
I can only agree with you that neoliberal capitalism is literal cancer, but only because it has inevitably developed communist characteristics. The original communism seems like little more than a pipe dream by this point.
Neoliberalism is AIDS yeah. I think that neoliberalism is actually an inevitable outcome of capitalism, I think in practice neolibs and socialists are the 2 most diametrically opposed ideologies in the US right now.
Why would you want to be governed over like China?
Short answer: I don’t. China is a capitalist oligarchy masquerading as communist, but they are 100% still completely beholden to capital.
