There is a video supposedly showing the intact RV while a blast is coming from the other side of the street, i.e. from where the building is. There are pictures with square holes in the ground where the manholes where -- just the lids were blown upwards. This does not look right for pressure from above. An anon on 4chan pointed out that an explosion creates a vacuum in the aftermath of the bang, but that sucking is not enough to rip manhole covers out of their bearings. This could be verified by looking at specs. (Vacuum = 1 atmospheric pressure; explosion = many atmospheric pressures.) I assume that the RV explosion was a decoy, perhaps never happened.
What explosive was used? Is the street darkened with soot?
That sounds better than I'd have expected. However, whistleblower protection has gone into the crapper in america (and other countries never had that in first place -- "fouling up your own nest" is what other cultures use for "whistleblower").
