My Dr. is an Indian woman. Early last year when this whole thing started I had mentioned HCQ when Trump did and my Dr. said she loved HCQ and there was no side effects and she prescribed it for so many things. Fast forward to last month and I went for my annual routine visit. Holy shit I thought I was walking into a plague center. She and her staff all had on the booties, full disposable gown, hair nets, double-masked.
I asked her about HCQ and she kept pushing the vaccine. I politely declined and mentioned that I wasn't very worried about covid and left.
I can't help but wonder if she got paid off.
I went to https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/ and put in her information but her total payments from pharmaceutical companies is $11.49 that's it.
What the hell has changed? She's always been great with me so I don't want to offend her but something just doesn't feel right based on the many years I've been going to her.
