Yes! I think you got it.

I had to skip a lot of the interesting details of course and simplify things.

One thing to note also is that the general Arab populations in Egypt, Syria, Iraq, etc.. always wanted to fight the Jews and wanted to support their Palestinian brethren but their Arab leaders always betrayed them and sided with Jews in an underhanded manner. But I am sure this is already what you expect.

Funnily enough, it's Jews who hate Christians the most and consider them idol worshipers and curse Christ in their Talmud. Jews hate Christians much more than they hate Muslims.

Muslims on the other hand consider Christians simply misguided. Mohammad I think incorporated Nestorianism Christianity teachings which was popular in his region at the time. Mixed it with some Judaic beliefs and pagan teachings. Some sort of mishmash.

But Jews have successfully pitted Muslims against Christians and vice versa while they laugh on the sidelines.

Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet and completely human. They believe that he was not crucified and that he is still alive and will come back at the end of time hence all 3 religions are waiting for him but with different versions.

Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet and completely human. They believe that he was not put on the cross. That it was someone else who was crossed and that God protected him, and that he is still alive and will come back at the end of time.
