For the most part. You can actually see the different phases of human evolution in a developing fetus.

That being said, we are very much part primate, but were also part reptilian too. And no I dont think this is some leftover vestigial thing, I think its part of our creators that they spliced into us to speed up the process. Just like those old sumerian legends. Call me crazy sure, but I do have a couple examples to back it up.

Some scientist believe its aliens, some believe its god, but its definitely one of those stories that has been slowly erased off the web. Not much left about it these days.

Results: On average, deer bone was found to be the least dissimilar from human femur. However, no single bone type consistently resembled the human femur.

We have hip and leg bones that do not really match any known mammal on this planet.

This dude was actually born with a snake heart, im not shitting you. Did not find out until he went into the hospital in his 40's for heart pain. How many other people walking around with snake hearts I wonder. Proaly more than we think.

Also most gods were described as humanoid. In sanskrit, prince rama is depicted as blue. In native american legends, people like quezecoatl and the hunter master from the coso rock range, are described as feathered serpents or bird like. In mesopotamia, humans were not allowed to depict the gods true form.

We were created in gods image, I have very little doubt about that. I always found it awfully curious that the very beginning of the bible starts with saying man was created in OUR image. Most religious people will tell you they mean the holy trinity or something. But I think this is one of the few parts that was translated correctly over millennia.
