Has there been a populist or even political push to get Russia out of all the globalist groups since the NATO/Ukraine situation?

This push exist since the USSR fall. Huge changes about it happened in 2014 after first Western sanctions. Push turned to valid political point from nearly marginal call. Ukraine war didn't add much to it.

I could talk heresy here, but idea of some international emergency fund where participant could take a huge instant loan in case of disaster is not bad by itself. It is just a tool. And like with any tool it could be used in different ways. If those who hold that tool in hands began to set their own conditions in their own interests on approving that emergency loans to those who need them urgently, you will get IMF. If you take that tool from hands of that greedy bastartds - it become useful international institution.

In any case world will need some global entities for different purposes. The question is who will use them and how.

As far as I understand, most money they begged, didn't even get to their hands, it was used to pay MIC for weapons and armour. Smaller part came as humanitarian aid, part of it was stolen and sold to citizens. Another small part is used to keep hryvna on float, this money also stay at western bank accounts baking local Ukraine currency. And that Ukraine currency issued on the basis of existence of western loans and donations is used to pay all state expenses. This hryvhas are stolen by bureauscrats and persons close to them and then exchanged to that euros and dollars that back hryvna and moved out of country as personal wealth. Backing become smaller and to keep hryvna on float they beg for more money, and since very small part of that begged money used to back hryvna, they have to beg that insane amounts of money. Some endless cycle of debt and begging, and they could not even stop, because hryvna will turn into zimbabve dollars instantly with all consequences. I suppose today they beg for money not because they want to continue war, but to get that tiny part of it to support hryvna and avoid immidiate state destruction. As soon as hryvna fall to the bottom, Kiev region will immidiately vote for becoming part of Russia, even ahead of Kharkov and Odessa with Nikolaev.

The most astonishing thing, that all that money they begged for nothing, could be used to make a wealthiest state in the world from Ukraine, a showcase of Western values, with Russian regions voting to join it. This is a kind of proof that all that bullshit about prosperity, democracy and freedom is just a lie, and real goal of the Western elites is completely different.

Also, another thing that make me think that all that grim circus perpetuated by Western elites is of purely unhuman origin is that they could easily organize exactly same (or even much larger) money and wealth flow they have from wars, by pushing space exploration and development using same propaganda resources they use to push their wars and destruction. It would have been even more profitable for the exactly same corporations and politicians. But such peaceful way of taxpayer money laundering is not acceptable for them, for the pure and only reason of peacefulness. They need death and destruction in the first place, and profits are just pleasant side effect.
