Seems ridiculous.

You should be allowed to utilize same force to remove someone from your property as the government utilizes to remove someone from their property because government is OF the people and BY the people and if people are equal then we should be allowed to utilize equal force since the government is merely OF us, the people, and therefore cannot hold greater power than the people themselves.

Long after the Constitution was signed, men could still legally duel. Anyone trespassing definitely requested a duel. Even some of the presidents of the United States had gunfire duels. Such as Andrew Jackson. He was bad ass and he talked mad shit to the bankers.
