some historic projects exist still but noone lives in them. Bush always fucked us over during katrina intentionally.. i heard someone mention the pumps.. that happens literally all the time. our city gives no fucks and from 1 heavy rain our city floods. i can be at work and its sunny, by lunch time the city is flooded and pumps broken have to sit under highrise for 30min and let the streets drain so i can get onto interstate and get home. bad pumps are common here
