Most people don’t really realize this but the glucosinolate and phenolic profile of the mustard family probably makes it the healthiest thing you can add into your diet.

For example, arterial endothelial function improves with the addition of this stuff into your diet. That means your neck arties are expanding and contracting more efficiently, putting less strain on your heart. At least I’m pretty sure.
