So they want to fine you for something that doesn't really cause the type of impairment they claim?

Typical.

It's like if I get in an accident at work tomorrow, they test for pot. If they find it, they don't pay. But...what if I smoked 21 days ago and it's still in my system? Doesn't matter.

It IS legal to smoke marijuana now. I guess just working for a major worldwide company is my contract that I won't smoke legal drugs THE WHOLE TIME I'm employed there.

Legality of the substance makes no difference when you are trying to dodge an insurance bullet I guess....
