Why can’t you go into it? Seems like you’re saying this place is doomed so what’s the risk in proclaiming its faults?

Edit: For PDW, is it just me or is copying of text from a comment not allowed? I try to share things with friends via text and just can’t do it. If that’s designed that way, it makes me wonder why.
