Such questions itself could become a reason of authistic behaviour. :) Trying to answer such question some person could begin to pay significant attention on things that people do unconsciously, and it will look autistic from aside. It's like ask "what exact muscles you use when walking", "how you swallow food" or "what nerve signals make you breathe". When you ask your buddy such question, it is funny to observe how he/she become slow, weird and absent-minded. It's funny and safe to do it for fun, but I could easily imagine how things definitely could go wrong if such question from some medical entity will be posed as something important and health-critical. Some could just fall to permannent control or analysis of unconcious body things and it will look absolutely weird with all consequences.
