Assuming this information is true, this is the means for total control. If they crash the economies - as is in progress - and then install this in the reset, the planet is doomed. No wonder they jacked up gas prices, are destroying the food infrastructure, are pushing everyone into cities where they will have to be renters in monolith blocs that the banks own.

They have re-invented the whole financial system with this, with the new system completely under their control. They are preparing to set up a new parallel civilization that they alone rule. What is scary is that it is achieveable. But the scale, the planning is huge and must have been going on for a very long time.

The existence of USDR will also destroy private property ownership in several ways. One will be to prevent any mortage payments hence everyone will have to default and their property goes to the banks. All will have to become renters ("You will own nothing" - clearly Klaus Schwab knows what they're setting up). Second, it's likely any owned and taxed property will become seized after owners cannot pay taxes on it from limited funds. Transportation will be severely crimped down to public transport for most people; no gas cars, and you will have to lease electrics. With mobility restricted, peope lwill have to stay home and use VR to work. And that for me explains what Zuckerberg is doing so frantically with Meta VR. He KNOWS what's coming.

An underground economy will have to arise but you can't count on being on a small farm outside the system - they will seize property.
