In the way a Tom Clancy doesn't echo in your head the way a Stephen King does. In the way the monologues in the Dune books had different voices depending on the character thinking it.

It's the same voice, even the parts that aren't plagiarized (which I'm fully aware is like dozens of pages and not unsubstantial).

It's just, there's no way a NZ man with 10 years as an adult sounds like an 18 year old still in high school kid in New York.

Even if they were both just in-character, typing in the most archetypal villainous vocabulary-- would they be so spot-on?

Jared Leto, Heath Ledger, Joachin Phoenix... Different people channeling the spirit of The Joker sounds different.
