Polaris is a constellation identified by looking for it to point north. But as an example if I built something under it, has that position change over time. Yes absolutely. But it doesn't mean I cannot look for that constellation of the Big Dipper identifying it to point North. Understand? So when they placed the Pyramids in what is assumed to be True North has that position moved. Absolutely. The same as other constellations they perhaps made drawings of the sky then like the Sun Disk in the Louvre which stirred a huge debate for about a century of the age of it. They based the debate on what that sky was then. Another example of perhaps Gobekli Tepe how it arranged under the sky.

Fired this off quickly, mum fell over A/E, had to dash. Has that sky changed by rotation but is the sun fixed. A debate for somebody else. I have provided fact. Sun Disk, Gobekli Tepe. But aren't the pyramids still under Orion. That sky has debatably changed over time by rotation and orbit. Alignment of the age of the Sun Disk highlighted different celestial positioning then what is observed today. The same as other such markings.
