War has broke out, it has significantly changed dynamics even more. The Internet for example. Sanctions halting supply lines and distribution. Hyperinflation, cost of living. These cause nationalisation or alliances benefiting their own status quo.

Undoubtedly it is still globalised but not in that meaning. The risk is larger conflict, or continued disaster where the globe isn't exactly aligning.
