Major Murphy states clearly that in 2018 HCQ was indentified by Ecohealth as an effective coronavirus treatment in its DARPA funding application which was turned down by DARPA for the gain of function risks.
He also says that by early 2020 DARPA had identified HCQ, Ivermectin as effective against all stages of Covid. DARPA identified other drugs around the same time

The same goes for the coronavirus bat vaccine to be developed at Wuhan set out in the EchoHealth DARPA 2018 funding application which also involved paying 1/2 of Prof Shi's (the WIV bat lady) salary plus Prof Baric at Chapel Hill.
NIH EchoHealth funding has not been properly disclosed or if the bat vaccine was developed as originally set out and if so what happened to the bat vaccine

No one has set out why this is not correct - this may be more subjective but he then goes on to state that the data he has seen leads him and those who have advised him to believe the vaccines are toxic and dangerous as they create the same effects as the virus and go on producing these spikes around the whole body.
