The rest of the world was involved but civilians were not directly affected i e. In North America, most of Latam, Africa or South Asia, civilians largely went about their daily lives as usual.

Communism also affected maybe 20% of the world population directly, and though the rest of the world was wary of it, again it did not affect their day to day life.

This scamdemic is directly affecting the lives of almost everyone in the entire world with the lockdowns and brute force over the poison shots. Its not as bad as the massacres (yet), but surely wider in scope.
