Ask the natives, they supposedly slaughtered red-haired giants when they came to America, and we find those skeletons around the area's (there's a map of giant skeletons found in the US somewhere). This might have some good info showing how the Smithsonian works hard to cover it all up and destroy the skeletons when they are found, but I haven't read it all.

I think this is one. It's a TON of them, and the Smithsonian puts a lot of time and effort into discrediting the info and destroying the evidence.
