How do you communicate with each other but without cell phones or using blue tooth - because they'll use the cell phone records to track and find you. You could use walkie talkies and old fashioned CBs radios, but the cops can listen to those and hear you as well.
How do you avoid being corralled in by the cops and then arrested?
Instead of sticking together in a large tight crowd, spread out but hold signs. If you're spread apart, they can't push you to somewhere they can lock you in.

Imagine if you knew where the cops are, imagine what would happen if instead of them surrounding us, we surrounded them. And then we spilled motor oil and marbles or caltrops at their feet so they couldn't march out without falling.
Flip the script, do the unexpected, go where they don't expect you, do what they don't expect you to do.

Imaging what would have happened it the entirety of the crowd surrounded those four cops and the truck and they couldn't take him away and they chanted "let him go" until they did, or they wouldn't be able to move. And if those cops used violence if it was returned to them?
Ofc the ones nearest to the cops would get hurt, but so would the cops.
