It was called the Vista international hotel and it opened in 1981. It was later renamed/purchased by marriott... so 1981...that’s 8 years after wtc 1 & 2 were completed... so it didn’t “always exist.” You do realize that each of the twin towers was as big as an entire city block, right? There were tons of buildings around them and this photo is kind of deceptive as it looks like the hotel was right against the towers...
