  2. Consider getting fired. It will take some time. You will have time to look for another job. Life does not end with a job. You are more than your current employment.

  3. IFF you have to take the vaccine - before the vaccination and for 2 weeks after the the vaccination do the following:

  • pinus sylvestris pine needle (not bark) tea out of crushed fresh pine needles, boiled for 30minutes: drink 1 cup of this tea, 3 times daily (Shikimic acid and C14H6N2 toluidine from this will neutralize the spike proteins made by the mRNA. If you can't get pine needles, buy organic star anise seeds, ground/crush them and boil the tea out of them (same active ingredients, although a bit less potent). Don't overdo this. 3 cups / day is enough.

  • take 500mg of L-arginine (NO precursor) twice daily. You might get some tingling and feel your skin, this is normal. This helps the nitric oxid along with your macrophages to neutralize and carry away any potential Graphene Oxide in the shots. It will also dilate your capillary vessels, lowering the disk of clots

  • take 500mg of hesperidin, 500mg of Vitamin C and a baby aspirin (or half an aspirin) daily to reduce coagulation/clotting risks.

  • Drink plenty of water along with electrolytes, sweat a lot, go to sauna if you (you will excrete the shit through your skin pores faster if you drink water+electrolytes and sweat)

  • Take 30-60 mg of Zinc daily, along with 6000 to 10 000 IU of Vitamin D3, 500mg of Quercetin and drink green tea (or take EGCG capsules 200-500mg daily). These are zinc + zinc ionophores and will help to neutralize the spike protein and prevent it from binding. Vit D3 will help with your overall immunity and marcophage action

  • Rest/Sleep a lot. Ths is when you body repairds damage. Avoid heavy exercise, but do go outside barefoot on grass/beach sand as much as you can (your cell voltage will change as a result of the injection, grounding gives you additional free electrons for cells to do damage repair). The same for sunshine, get early good sunshine for extra health boost. If you can't sleep properly, use a high dose melatonin supplementation for the night (you can come off it after 2 weeks).

  • Stop reading toxic, fear-mongering news, boards ,memes, social media and shit. do Digital detox for 2 weeks while you take care of your body. Concentrate on yourself. Relax, watch funny movies, meet friends, read a good book. Avoid toxic people, toxic places, toxic shit going into your eyeballs (=media).
