It's not just beef. There is a global food shortage. There is not enough grain in the world to feed everyone and all our livestock. It takes 8 pounds of grain to make 1 pound of beef. It stands to reason that the price of beef is going to go through the roof this year, especially since we are the last country in the world to be openly exporting our food with out tariffs. Farmers my cull their herds again this year if they are unable to source soy beans. Our soy been ending stock was predicted to be 900 million bussles by end of Jan 2021. They think we have more like 140 million instead and predict by end of Jan 2022 there will be 4 million bussles on hand. They rate the accuracy of this prediction as a 45. Scale for reference; a score of 0.0 - 0.7 means it is accurate, 0.7-1.0 anomalies detected warrants investigation, 1.0 or higher gross anomalies detected warrants revaluation. We scored a 45 for soy beans and 15 for overall food stores. Every market is fabricated and manipulated, we are already living in the communist lies that prop up a failed state.

Adapt2030 and Ice.age.farmer have a great podcast on the topic.
