Nothing big about Skripals,just Brithish (mayby with CIA) justifying sanctions. If Russians really would want Skripals dead they would be dead of course. Car accident/hearth attack and die on friday - so no poison in blood detectable after 48 hours (well if they don't have even better toys than our Polish intelligence doing for politicans mafia "suicides" of "problematic" persons like was for example general Petelicki who was responsible for creating Polish GROM special force unit)
