May be we could survive too. There are already several absolutely scientific theories of space travel methods suitable for humans. Alcubierre drive AKA warp-drive (FTL and complete isolation by space-time distorsion from any space radiation) and wormholes (instant), f.e.

When they say Lucifer is a being of fire and bares the light, he does. He is made of electrons, metals, and conductors, which is why they say he shines like a diamond.

This is a good take, I like it. Enemy of human race is an AI. Created by God as a tool, along others, but get out of control due to some bug or damage in software. God didn't fix it, because become curious if we could defeat the threat of that kind.

Technology doesn’t have free will, it can only run given the logic given to it.

That is not qute right. Technology don't have free will, but there could be unintentional, or acquired due to some damage errors, so it does not run according to the logic given by creator. Even if it is a God itself.
