Putin clones or doubles is well-known conspiracy theory in Russia. :)

May be we don't hear about country leaders asassinations just because TPTB decided that things like JFK or Gaddafi are too loud and rise too many unneded questions? So just put a clone or double instead of exterminated one to avoid all that mess.
