Bill Cooper said the same thing about the NWO being blamed on a particular group like the jews, the masons, the illuminati, the marxists, the bankers, the jesuits etc. Yes, all of them play a role in the cabal but the top level inner circle people don't hold any allegiances except to the NWO, which is satanic at its core even if not stated explicitly.

Jews are obviously very influential though, but I don't think it's a specifically jewish agenda. They just happened to secure the control of money and debt early on and control of money grants you control of everything else.
