Reduce fertility and birth rates to slow down growth of population growth in all countries (but esp. in developing countries). Used methods: vaccinations, illnesses, poisoned food, poisoned water, poisoned pharma, EMF radiation, brainwashing, etc.

Kill off population esp. at "edges" (older, retired, excess children in developing countries) to start reducing the population to a "manageable" number (his reading it has been estimated by aforementioned sources to be no larger than 4.5 billion, so roughly 3,6 billion need to be offed).

Once targeted population of ~4.5bn has been achieved (through 1+2) then stabilize the population growth (again via 1 and 2) to zero growth with 1:1 replacement rate and by controlling all input (energy, food, learning, freedoms, etc) at population level.
The goal (according to the planners):
-zero growth society (new economics, no ownership)
- zero debt growth, zero economic growth (you will own nothing, CBDCs)
- zero population growth, zero resource wars
What he summarizes in this simple video is a multi-generation spanning, several organizations crossing global and agreed upon/enforced on shared plan, and West, Russia, China, everybody big is in on it. Some African countries are not yet, but will be subjugated to it.
