Im not even sure what the deal is. The bread looks more nutritious than your average white bread. Yeah its full of preservatives, and chemicals, but they all are. The only way your gonna get a product without that bullshit is if you bake it yourself, who the fuck is gonna do that?

I recently started making bread, and my fuck I dont use a mixer I like doing it by hand and the first few times my fore arms were sore as hell. Now its not even that bad, just takes a hour of work. But well worth it once in a while. I try my best to stay away from it since its purely carbs.

Whats wrong with hiring cons, most of them have better morals than politicians and rich people.

A better subject would be about vitamin d. I just had a retard doctor try to explain to me that I was severely deficient in vitamin d. Which I am low, and some fucking how its even lower. I knew this guy was just going to tell me to take vitamin d and fuck off. Called it months ago.

Yeah he claimed it was 18, but wouldnt actually show me the paperwork. Claimed they werent allowed to print me up a copy lol and that I would have to pay for one through the health authority. So I never actually seen the results.

Anyway I walked outta there. Had to dig up results from last year. When I took my vitamin d last year it was 43. A little below the recommended minimum. My phosphorous was .55 and my calcium was 2.36, all mmol. I wasnt able to get the test results he ordered but I was tested recently for calcium and phosphorous again. Now its .52 abd 2.33. So in 1 year my vitamin d has dropped 25 points but my phosphorous and calcium have barely moved. Like what the actual fuck. My calcium is perfectly normal, the phosphorous is fucking low as hell.

So stuck taking vitamin d for another 6 months, while I just fucking continue to suffer.

At this rate, I say I got about another year or so before I plffff bite the dust.

Anyway, vitamin d is such a controversial subject on its own. I need to get mine up, but its likely my parathyroid trying to keep my calcium normalized, and one of the things it does is reducing how much you absorb through your gut by converting active vitamin d to something else. Or something like that.

Low Vitamin D levels in patients with a high calcium and a high parathyroid hormone level occurs as a protective mechanism for the body. Because the blood serum doesn’t require any additional calcium the production and conversion of vitamin D is down-regulated as a protective mechanism for the body. This is why over 60% of patients with primary hyperparathyroidism have a lower than normal vitamin D level. In this case the parathyroid tumor actually causes the decrease of vitamin D in your body.

God why are doctors so fucking hard headed, they think they know EVERYTHING. I understand that because of the normal calcium it would be easy to just believe its vitamin d. Ive been taking supplements and I spent alot more time outside this summer and somehow its even lower?! WTF! And some will find that taking vitamin D supplements makes them feel worse; probably because the high PTH turns the supplements into high concentrations of 1, 25 dihydroxy vitamin D which is the active form, causing symptoms of vitamin D toxicity. -edit- Yeah i see i fucked up with the vitamin d. I thought it was all measured the same way but it is different. 12 ng/ml is quite a difference from 12 mmol/l. My argument is still valid though, how did my vitamin d drop so much and my phosphorus and calcium have barely budged. I was exposed to covid recently, didnt get it, also recently had strep throat and was over it in a day. My white blood count is also fine, im not sick all the time. I really dont think its the vitamin d, but im giving it a shot, even though it makes me feel like shit. Wont be any vitamin d outside for a few more months because of the latitude of this shitty country.
