I don't think it will be that long until they have their directly controllable transhuman army. They are pushing vaccines are warp speed and pushing 5G. They've already tested this tech in at least some of the batches they gave out during covid and monitored the effects. Likely they also tested emotional manipulation of subjects and the kill switch (see the weird spinning seizure / hallucination footage).

They want it all ready by 2030 it seems. When it is all said and done they will have literal religious converts, beaming a voice of god right into everyone's skulls who took this crap. Even the staunchest atheist won't resist.
