Why is this horrible? Are all branches in the ghetto and now folks there won't have any way to cash their EBT cards? Who cares if the branches close. It just goes to show how inept the branch managers are at their jobs and how stupid upper management is for allowing branches to be stuck in nonprofitable locations. Other banks will step in and open new branches in those areas, so all the locals have to do is just chill and wait until something new comes to town.
