Russian aviation do sorties when necessary, not when it can. Tons of such videos in Telegram with documented results. Could you imagine that there could be completely different concept than that stupid "air superiority". There is just no any reasonable need for permanent presense of planes all over remnants of Ukraine.

As for navy, you suddenly are missing the point why Ukraine have no navy. All Ukraine Navy was completely destroyed at day one. And for some unimaginable reason, for the whole time period since then, only one Russian vessel was severely damaged. I don't even know how such insane rate, something like 20:1 could be accounted as decimation of one who lost only 1 ship in exchange for total enemy navy extermination.
