However, neither UV nor infrared light carries RF nor is it radio frequency E/M energy. Absolutely any physicist or electrical engineer can tell you that. By the very definition of frequencies, radio frequencies are far below optical (UV) frequencies. UV does NOT carry conventional RF energy.
