I realize im lucky that my sinus's are large (or maybe i just have a deviated septum lol), I can usually breath out one side of my nose.

I feel you, I really do. I think I had every covid, cold, flu, sinus infection under the sun this year(and last) and I was clogged for 6+ months.

The only thing that alleviated it for me was standing, and running. When I thought I was dying from covid, I had this urge to just keep moving, I see now its proably why I stayed alive haha.

Doing a good jog/brisk run for 15 minutes will enlarge the vessels up there and help things drain, at least for an hour or two :(.

I hope it helps.

This article claims its because of adrenaline, I still think its from some effect of the vessels up there.

Though it’s certainly not an exact science, running can sometimes actually help with certain cold symptoms. This is because exercise releases adrenaline, also called epinephrine, which is itself a natural decongestant. This is why going for a run when your nose feels very stuffy can actually help clear out nasal passages, even if only temporarily.
