By your own logic, you should eat plant based, even though I think that's wrong.

The saturated fats haven't gone anywhere.

There is nothing wrong with saturated fat or at least there is no remotely convincing evidence they are harmful. In fact, it's most likely healthier than unsaturated fat simply because it's chemically stable.

Plant oils are mostly unsaturated, and they get oxidized so fast, that's why seed oils are toxic, and junk foods are "junk". You can see how seed oils produce way more aldehydes compared to lard here (look at table 3).

Laughably most vegan brands upto 60% contain the palm oil.

It's not laughable. Palm oil is good, because it's mostly saturated. Plant oils are eventually mostly unsaturated. You're getting it the other way around. It really doesn't matter much though because plant based = low fat high carb.

If you really think saturated fat is bad, you should go vegan or avoid meat/fat/egg for the most part because animal fats are saturated.

Again, it's not additives and chemicals which make junk food junk. It's seed oils and ultra processed carbs. Potato chips should be a clean food by your definition, even though they are clearly not due to aldehyde rich seed oils and acrylamid (produced by heated up carb).
