Unless one has established / changed their status from a citizen to a sovereign or secured party creditor/private banker one is under the government's jurisdiction. Of course you can go live in a cave and stop trading. That would work too. But in order for them to treat anybody as a sovereign and respect people's God given rights, each man/woman needs to know how to explain it to them and accept the risk that they might not understand and beat him up for trying to get free of the system.
