You still don't get the point. People who made the video "How actual gyroscopes work" never saw how any actual aviation gyro work. Aviation gyro horizon do not "maintain orientation in 3D". If you put the cage of any actual gyro horizon in arbitrary position it will not maintain it, within munute or so it will settle in a default position dictated by gravitation.
