My daughter is sixteen, so only a year and change until shes 18 and can do what she wants from threre. We have always been able to find fun her whole life with very little money, but suddenly after the COVID bullshit, she hates me, outside, and any rule, no matter how mundane or tiny. I know first hand what a bunch of bullshit public education is, but st the same time, i still talk to some of those people. There just aren't a ton of options and spewing about how im a Neanderthal for sending my kid to public school and having no alternatives to offer just seems like a dick move. Money WAS an issue and still is. Private school isnt really an option, and is that the better way to go? Debatable.
