The constitution is not a “living document.” It’s pretty clear. There should be no federal laws not written in the constitution and what is not in the constitution should be left up to the state.

Ever wonder why there were amendments for alcohol prohibition and revoking prohibition—- But not for any other drug prohibitions? Why before that time, there were not many federal laws or US codes outside the ‘territories’ not yet admitted as states?

Because around 1914-1934 the US government was captured by mega-rich fascists. You can be a right wing fascist or a left wing fascist, it doesn’t matter. The US became a corporation merged with and acting through the state. In this case—-eventually 50 of them, 6 territories, untold puppet states, and the entire global financial system a la SWIFT, petrodollar, and world reserve currency.
