They are highly intelligent and can easily fool humans. They have mixed humans and reptile dna to create hybrids and use the hybrids as spies all over the world. A lot of hybrids create instability. They become cops, gangsters, or even corporate CEOs to use that power to destroy Earth. They seek to eventually take over Earth as their own planet.

At this point they hijacked all countries and own most all the Corporations and Governments. They seek to remain hidden yet want to come out of the closet and spread Satanism into our culture using New Age deception. The paper here calls their cult Dragon Kings because they have always been the Monarchs (kings and queens) of ancient times. These kings and queens are from the Merovingian family tree if Reptilians. The idea of the dragon comes from their dragon looking boss in the lower 4th dimension. There are many dimensions but they can only cross between 3-4. Their demon God moloch is in the 4th dimension.
