There could be shenanigans.. but in all likelihood.. it's not a larger conspiracy like you're implying. Also... these situations tend to be fluid and people will report on whatever information they have at the moment... so it'd be a bit strange if the original narrative was correct in the first place...

I would think it'd be more suspect if they already know exactly what happened, in detail... when it was a chaotic shooting situation that no one anticipated.

If this was an op, it probably involved an MK victim (shooter) with the right genetic profile and drugs in their system, some type of brainwashing, and maybe a therapist or some key individual assigned to the shooter.

I don't see why you would include anyone in that type of operation other than what is absolutely necessary.

Do you know how hard it would be to stop someone from whistleblowing on that kind of an operation (one that involves dead children)... if it involved handfuls of people from the local police department, school, etc? There's no way you would risk that if you didn't need those parties involved (why would you?).

The simple explanation is that cops assigned to elementary school's are actually mostly pussies and not prepared for a real firefight with a madman that wants to kill them. That's much more likely than assuming that all of these cops were somehow in on the plan.

If this was an operation, it would have been a lightweight MKultra style brainwashing plan (or something with a single asset), not something elaborate involving a lot of people.
