No pilots have health checks. They have them every 6 odd months. Heart is tested like an athletes. Even haulage drivers are having this shit done not as much as pilots. There are some exceptions in certain privately owned facilities, and charter planes. Leading airlines hell no. Medical records are logged. They even have piss tests. Regulations recently have tighten right up on all commercial airlines.
