For vax shedding, I feel it will be mostly free spikes being inhaled, so your damage should be (mostly) acute and limited to scarring your lungs and producing some antibodies.

The real scary thing is if the coronavirus was truly meant to be an actual bioweapon, then the antibodies gained from infection would likely also be cytotoxic and even the unvaccinated would suffer from autoimmune issues/prion disease long-term.
