Focus on your diet, make sure to get some probiotics on a weekly bases, eat green leafy vegetables, strawberries, cut plant oils completely out of your diet, especially soybean oil, read those labels! Eat as much meat as makes you feel good.

If you drink, only drink red wines or stout beers, no hard liquor. If you smoke, only smoke American Spirits, or comparable natural tobaccos, if you chew, chew full leaf tobaccos and swallow the spit, that's where the nicotine is.

Get plenty of sleep, even if you need to smoke a blunt or use over the counter sleeping pills.

Listen to music that's actually music, Mazzy Star, things that help you unwind. If you listen to metal, only listen to old school stuff from before 95.

Start watching those old movies again. Everything out right now is propaganda.
