I agree that alien technology could disrupt industries, but industries also was disrupted with human inventions too. Do you remember all that video tape recording industry? It was disrupted without aliens. And I don't remember anything about shutting down of anybody by that multibillion industry.

As for shutting down inventors of free energy, it looks like they all continue to make the same silly mistake. Tesla hide his inventions and was shut down. Next inventor hide his invention and was shut down. And next, and next... They continue do the same thing waiting for the different result? Whats wrong with all that inventors? What stops them to take a look at history of shutting down their predecessors and to not hide their inventions? What is the problem to fully disclose everything necessary to replicate their invention by anybody, completely eliminating any reason to shut them down, especially with all that internet? They are smart enough to invent the most significant thing, but simultaneously they are so dumb to repeat that stupid mistake with hiding their invention again and again? That does not come together at all.
