Yes there are multiple peace agreements with this sort of verbiage to not test weapons on foreign soil. This started me thinking: If people are able to escape this dangerous stupidity there will be charges brought against countries allowing foreign countries and companies to experiment with chemicals on their citizens. Since this is unprecedented and worldwide, I have zero ideas of how this could or would unfold and honestly I have no hope in it actually happening.
