That happened in 1913. Literally every government action after that (and several hundred before) has been unconstitutional. It’s not an ongoing process. It finished long, long ago. The entire last century is objectively wrong. Nothing they are doing now has any effect whatsoever. Now reply with some flippant bullshit and defend (to the death, I might add) literally everything that has been done to you in the past simply because you grew up with it and therefore “it’s totally okay.”
