However, I tend to lean towards a happy medium, where we can find joy in the physical universe, while remaining "pure" by following the 10 Commandments. I strongly believe the Tablets of the Law were the direct result of Baal (Satan) leading humanity astray. They're essentially a cheat-sheet for salvation.

Gnostism seems to focus on the quantum reality of creation, where consciousness is recycled (reincarnation) repeatedly, while deity-based faiths focus on super advanced "genetic scientists" who harness the power of the universe to create new lifeforms, which in turn, create even more. Humanity is a creator species (sentient), but we've been subverted by malevolent forces.
