Honestly, I would say it’s more at the hands of a citizenry that allowed itself to become willingly ignorant. The NWO would have no power if the citizenry were intelligent, disciplined, and critical thinkers. I know that’s a hard thing to do if you start them (us) off in shitty educational systems and eating/drinking horrible things that make them (us) dumber by the day, but still.
