It's official audit, it was court ordered, and has since been put under a non-disclosure order to keep the findings quiet, although the team has simply leaked it from some other state presumably.

Georgia politics is so fucked right now they won't be able to get a wide scale audit because the Governor, SOS and elections boards are all deeply involved. They purposefully weakened all the election safeguards.
